Our Story.
Drew Pollick, MBA, SHRM-SCP, founded Craft HR Solutions in 2017. He saw small and mid-sized businesses in need of higher-level HR support and a gap in access to the custom crafted solutions and best-in-class practices that Fortune 500 companies use - the programs, processes, and practices that define and sharpen their competitive advantage.
Drew wanted to change the game and redefine small and mid-sized businesses' right to win. He wanted to help make the difference for smaller players, to help them grow and thrive.
