    When he is not working with clients or developing the next services that Craft HR can deliver, he is spending time with his family finding mountains to climb, rivers to paddle, and trails to ride.

    Heather is a dachshund rescue steward, outdoor enthusiast, and a seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience across the HR landscape. While highly accomplished in all aspects of HR, she has a distinguished passion for HR technology & data, process improvement, and compensation & benefits design. Heather keeps us out on the cutting edge of the HR assessment and innovating new services. Curiosity fuels her daily and life-long journey to continue learning and helping others grow to meet their potential.

    Jenny brings 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry across customer support, data analytics, and live operations, along with 8 years in HR to the mix. She’s a natural problem-solver who loves collaborating on anything that involves people, process, data, and technology—emphasis on the people!
    Jenny has a keen ability to craft creative yet practical communications, ranging from technical policy writing and data storytelling to visually compelling training materials.

    As an organizational psychologist, Dr. Enin Rudel creates space for employees to bring their authentic selves into the workplace. He is a thought leader and an innovator in DEI, whose approaches are rooted in emotional intelligence and dialogue. His award-winning publication: “Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Social Architecture, and Black Male Leadership”, offered the first resource for global DEI leaders on how to elevate retention and leadership of Black male executives.

    Terri has held Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Marketing positions for small to mid-sized firms most of her career, which has taken her to Wisconsin, Georgia, South Carolina, and now Western North Carolina. She is currently a member of the Foothills Regional Commission Workforce Development Board and the Polk County Board of Adjustment.

    Terri received her BA from Michigan State University. Her midwestern roots are further evident having grown up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and spending her childhood summers with her Grandparents in rural Minnesota. She now lives in an intentional community in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Ask her about it - she loves to share that part of her life.

    Sara’s background in behavioral health and social work spurred her into HR, where she uses her focus on people to make a meaningful impact. Aside from work, Sara loves spending time outside hiking and camping with her pups, and inside building architecture lego sets!

    Rachel has a robust HR background, from serving as a Global VP of HR to President of the largest SHRM chapter in North Carolina – not to mention being a mom of four and a skilled seamstress. Her commitment to integrity and transparency are the foundation of establishing relationships of trust and understanding with new people/clients and finding effective results.

    Michael has an extensive 20+ year HR background working in benefits and compensation. He started his career in health insurance and then transitioned to employee benefits and total rewards.  He brings broad knowledge in working with public and private companies, including IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. Michael is enjoying semi-retirement – happily married with 3 children, 2 grandsons. and a goldendoodle, Dory.  He also loves to travel and is an avid baseball fan.
