What business challenge were you facing when you hired CraftHR? “We didn't have a formal HR function, so I fielded everything myself - compliance questions, employee concerns, policy gaps, hiring, training, and organizational strategy and vision. It wasn't sustainable, but we weren't at the stage where a full-time HR hire made sense either.”
